Can you believe it’s already that time of year again? It’s my annual year-end review! 2025 was filled with fun memories, new friends, and life changes. I feel optimistic about 2026, as I head into a new chapter of my life and another year living in Calgary!
First, I want to address the goals I set for myself this year in my last year-end blog post. I have met some new and exciting people, branching out and creating new friendships. I’m looking forward to continuing to grow these connections and set more roots in the city. I went to Banff maybe once, so more trips, maybe with friends, will definitely be on the list again for the new year! I had lots of amazing photo sessions this year, and I can’t wait for more. None of these were unique pets, but I want to work towards that in 2026. I finished all my unfinished books and have been starting on some new ones. I feel great going into this new era, and I’m looking at life from a unique perspective as I head into the year.
It’s crazy how much your life can change in an instant. One thing that remains constant, though, is my passion for photography. I’d love to continue to keep my camera in my hand, whether that’s with a session or just out taking pictures. Heading into the year, I want to focus more on myself and my passions. All the loves in my life should take priority, and I should take more time to enjoy them.
In 2026, I aim to capture and share photos of some unique pets. Continue to take pictures, whether for a session or for fun. To keep practicing and hone my skills! I will keep up with nurturing the relationships in my life and focus on myself. Grow my life and my business here in Calgary. I’m excited for this new part of my journey, and I am finding myself and finding a life here in the city! See you in 2026!

My Goals for 2026:
- Photograph more unique pets
- Continue to foster relationships
- Focus on myself and my passions
- Keep taking pictures through sessions or adventures
- Be myself and have fun!
You go girl!!💕💕
Thank you!!
