I’ve been loving living so close to the mountains! It’s been a while since I had a nice trip to the mountains with my family. We decided to take a quick weekend trip to show my parents’ international student that they’re hosting, more of what Alberta has to offer. We went up the Gondola and hiked to the top of Mount Rundle along the boardwalk. Even though it was a bit windy, we had the perfect winter weekend for it! We also went on a quick hike at Johnston Canyon to see the lower falls. I only wish we had more time to hike up to the higher waterfall! It was still an amazing little getaway with my family, and I can’t wait for many more day trips to the mountains in the coming year.
